Options
Leighton Denny Crystal Nail File in Aluminimum Case is 10.20 on Amazon, Not an amazing saving but cheaper than elsewhere, seems to be £12 in most places. The reviews for this say it's brilliant and lasts for years. Link to nail file on amazon

  • Ok, so they don't come in the fancy box and don't have the brand name but... you can get a two pack of crystal/glass nail files in Poundland containing; a big file like the one on Amazon and a smaller one too. They are very good, had mine over a year now. Hope this helps someone.
So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead
    Hope sharing saves some pain.

The Leighton Denny crystal files are nothing like the cheap glass files you can get in pound stores. I bought a set of 2 LD crystal files 3 years ago and couldn't be without them now, they are brilliant. I highly recommend them.

I've got one from OPI and they really are worth the investment :)

I got a poundland 1 a while ago & thought it was quite good, then tried 1 of these, it really is a world of difference. If you are happy with a poundland 1 that's great & real moneysaving, but if someone is after an LD one then this is quite a good price for it so I decided to treat myself.

I can say that this is the best thing I have ever bought (nail wise). After years of peeling and splitting nails, spending a fortune trying numerous nail strengthening products, it seem I was filing my nail too harshly. Buy this, you will not regret it and unless you sit on it, it will last you for years.

Ive had the one from Poundland and found it useless, it seems the rough edge is just sprayed on so if you scrape it with your nail it peels off.

I have this file and love it so just got one to give as a gift - I already had £5 gift certificate so even more of a bargain thank you :)

I'm sure I've heard Leighton say on QVC that there's a lifetime guarantee on this - unless you do sit on it!

I agree with the other owners - this knocks spots off any other file - just amazingly precise and tough but leaves a smooth finish.
  • Many thanks, just lost mine and hate being without it - probably find it under the chair or something now!
