'Runtime Error' when trying to burn to DVD

I've been trying to burn my home movies onto DVD using Pinnacle Instant CD/DVD but when it gets to the part where it says to insert a blank disc , I put the disk in and then a box pops up saying 'Runtime Error. Program...e\instant CDDVD/PinnacleExpression\programs\PExpress.exe. This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information'

Can anyone help me please?

Make sure you have the latest update/patch for the version of instant cd you are using.
