Where to buy suits and shirts on sale in London?

I am relatively new to London and a bit bewildered by the gazillions of shops everywhere. I need to buy one or two slim-fit suits, as well as a couple of slim-fit shirts for work. I have some now, but I want to stock up during the sale as I will need these anyway.
Could you please advise what places in London would be good to visit for these? I can do up to 300 GBP per suit and up to 50 GBP per shirts, though these are upper limits and spending 200 GBP per suit and 25 per shirt would be preferable. I am male.
Don't care about brands, etc. and in general I don't give any preference to designer clothes, although I don't mind them if they are for a reasonable price. But fit is definitely the top criterion.
The places I think might be good are:

The places I think might be good are:
- M&S at Marble Arch
- Primark on Oxford street? Any good tips for Oxford street? Is it still not above the optimal targets (200 per suit, etc.) even during the sales?
- Westfield Stratford city

For good quality shirts, try Lewins or Hawes and Curtis.
Both have offers on at the moment, like 4 for £100 or similar for pure 100% cotton shirts, and have various branches around London, including a few in the West End.0 -
You could try Debenhams, MandMDirect...This is a very good time as they are giving out Huge discounts. Save more with cashbacks..0

Marks and Spencer do reasonable quality shirts. Plus they have a voucher code at the moment. You get £5 off if you spend more than £35 with the code JANSAVE5.0
