Rubbersole - theft of lorry containing uggs!

Hi guys

I just got an email from Rubbersole saying they have refunded me the money that I spent on my uggs but no explanation as to why!

Absolutely raging, I called and asked why and apparently a lorry containing over 350 pairs of uggs was stolen!!

Has anyone else heard about this?

could they just not honour your order on the next delivery they get in?

The same thing has happened to me, i received email saying they have refunded me but the money has not gone in i will check first thing in the morning as it is a bank holiday I'm not happy about this as i was looking forward to receiving them just my luck

Refunds normally take around 3-5 working days to go back onto a card, thats how the banking system works.

I too got a email cancelling my order, called them
Today & they sent me another 30% discount code valid for a year

I am still awaiting this voucher! They have absolutely no uggs in stock now though.....well, some of the ones that I think are rubbish :P Certainly not the bailey button ones.

I have emailed again to chase my voucher so I can keep checking their stock and order again.

I've had the same email cancelling my order & refund went back into my account today. Absolutely gutted as was really looking forward to my boots arriving!! x

I had my order cancelled and have now received my refund. I have also very strangely received a pair of fake ugg boots from a company in China. They emailed to say they were confirming my order - I did not place an order! No money has been taken from any of my accounts and I received the boots today. Has anyone else had this problem? I wondered if they were related to the rubbersole theft?! Seems strange this random company have my email address, home address and phone number and this has happened so close to this other incident. Might not be related at all. Has this happened to anyone else??
