I seem to remember a while back in the NHS that if christmas day/boxing day fell on a weekend you could claim bank holiday pay for the day itself or the bank holiday, but if you worked both you couldn't claim bank holiday rates for both days0

This year my NHS is only paying PH rates for boxing day and 26th and the 2nd and 3rd. So the poor souls working Christmas and New Years Day get paid less !!!
Any other NHS staff out there? Did you get paid PH rates for Christmas and New Years Day?:j I love bargains:jI love MSE0
