In my local tesco it did include the dress / trousers or skirt when i got it this am - it was advertised all over the clothing section!!!!

I saw the "outfit deal" on display locally but it wasn't made very clear; sadly they didn't have my size jacket so I didn't pursue it. Might try again online... I was very taken with the dress.
