I have an Epson D68 Photo edition printer. It was about £45 and I can get all four cartridges (original Epson) from Amazon for just under £16. I would say that's not too bad, and have had no trouble with it. If you wanted to save more money you could always look to getting the compatible cartridges which are a lot cheaper.

I'm looking for a printer aswell with rougly £50 budget. Mostly for printing letters, CV's etc.

I think cartridge cost is probably my biggest concern.

Are HP cheap for cartridges??

Nooo HP are the worst!!

Ive just bought the Epson Stylus D78 and it is fab! Had to buy a replacement black ink the other day and it was £6.99!! Amazing!

I was in Tesco yesterday and they had a very stylish looking all in one printer/scanner from HP for £32.97, sadly I cant remember the exact model number. Apparently it was reduced from £79.99!

if required, try the local pound shop. a quid each in mine.

No it doesn't come with a cable, and the man in the shop told me that no printers come with them. I just used the cable from my old HP printer.

my local asda last night. epson and HP printers at 39 quid each.
cant remember the model names though.
