    Given my success in getting none of the previous lot right, I'm hoping to pull myself up by the bootstraps and will go for C on this one please Gen.

    D) he has not actually been accused of losing any specific amount yet, the charge sheet just accuses him of a number of counts of fraud and false accounting.

    I meant in the newspapers not by the law. I should have made that clearer.

    With all the scandals that seem to come out of the woodwork when the markets go volatile/turn down it is hard to remember individual details but I seem to remember this one was about 2.3bn -could be completely wrong and have it mixed up with the French bank one tho...
