  • Hi SF,

It is soo cold right now brr! I agree batch cooking is fab - i think i need to create some freezer space first though before i start to do any as there would just be no room for anything to go in :o Even if i take a portion of meat out of the freezer everything else just seems to relax into the space :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Wow! i hope you get alot of the things you want for your birthday and xmas :)

I wanted to ask you about your yearly plans if thats ok? I *think* you said at the start of the year you think about how many NSD's you want to have that year and break it down over the months? Definitely something i want to incorporate next year but is there anything else like this that you do ? :) It seems i'll be sat home alone new years eve and will be plotting and planning for the year ahead :D I do love the new year in terms of a fresh start and everything but i am not too bothered about going out - i have been asked but as it would cost around £200 :eek::eek::eek: i politely declined saying that it would be too expensive for me and got a very shocked look :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (£200 = cost of ticket, cost of taxi's and drinks never mind a fab new outfit and shoes )

Hello DFW and  to £200! I'm not the biggest fan of New Years so I would definitely be saying no at that price!

About the NSDs, I like to aim for 200 in a year, which isn't too much of a push. I then think about which months have higher spends generally, such as December as I have a few birthdays and Christmas, and August as it's the holiday time. I then estimate what I'm going to achieve every month, making sure it adds up to 200. Does that make sense? :o please ask if it doesn't!

Gah, I have arrived to work in a bad mood this morning, after having been stuck behind 3 different tractors on the way to work. It made me a) late and b) VERY ANGRY by the time I got here... :o I don't understand, if they can see that there's a line of about 40 cars behind them and it's a busy road where overtaking isn't easy, why they don't just pull in and let the cars past every now and again. *and breathe*

I may treat myself to a co$ta at lunch time today - I'm all grumpy now and need something nice to cheer me up :o :rotfl: plus I've not had anything like that in ages, and the christmas drinks are out now, and I just want one! :D:o

So, probably not going to be a NSD for me.

I did go to co$ta yesterday lunch time - got a frosted mint hot chocolate, which was amazing but it sent me a bit hyper! :o must have had a lot of sugar in the syrup, it made me feel strange :p still, I'd definitely have another :D

    Glad it's Friday :j :j

I'm not sure if that drink is for me, I like my chocolate undiluted by any other flavours :o

I just ordered another Christmas present using a £5 @mazon voucher that I got from $wagbucks, so that's good :D I'm getting organised with the christmas shopping slowly; I'd normally have nearly finished by now, but because we still don't know if we'll have moved before christmas, we don't want to get too many things and then have to move house and have even more stuff to pack!

Need to go food shopping this afternoon and I really need a couple of new work tops, perhaps a jumper for work too, so we shall see. I hate clothes shopping :o

No I don't like them at all! I always give a sigh of relief when they're handed around. It means I won't be the one necking all the chocolate :o:o

I've run out of tea bags...

Not going to the shop though, it would ruin my NSD.... :o

:( Get that here all the time ..... they're either really good & pull in or go for miles with huge queues behind them - especially frustrating as there's a few huge layby's they can easily pull into (some do) and let the queue go past as they drive through and it doesn't hold them up at all:mad:

 to no tea bags - shame we can't do teleporting (or whatever it was they did on Star Trek?) - as I found a box earlier when I was stock taking in the cupboards.......
