As the sequel to Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 won't be winning any awards for the Most Original Game Name for 2007. But it does look as if it will hit the extremely high levels we've come expect from the Ghost Recon games.
First off, as you can tell by the vid below, GRAW 2 will have extra dynamic weather conditions such as sandstorms and howling rain, with subtle touches like the mission area glistening with moisture and featuring standing pools of water after a rainstorm that really make this title stand out as a quality game.
They'll also be object translucency, allowing players to see through surfaces like leaves and fabrics under the right conditions.
But it isn't just a flash-looking game. The gameplay is still as tight as a monkey's chuff. Long-term fans will notice that the squad selection option at rally points has been drastically changed with the default squad no longer being the easy all-rounder option - you have to pick the appropriate personnel for the right mission.
Yeah, yeah - we know you lot love the vitual guns like a fatty loves cakes. Well, get excited about making "blam blam" noises with this weaponry - from screenshots and the vid below, it looks as if we can expect a P90, Beretta Rx4 Storm and a Beretta Cx4 Storm.
