Slimming world books

You know you get a book when you join slimming world with lists of free foods etc, is there anyway I can hold of one without joining slimming world?

I can't afford to join at the moment but my Nan and her friends have done the slimming world diet and I'd like to try it after seeing people lose stones easily.

I can't use my Nans as she is still using them.

I would say pay to go for the first night get the new book and upto date info and not go back.

Total cost about £10

Think it works out cheaper than ebay.
