thank you! He has stopped being sick, must of been 24 hour thing, but has full blown cold. Doesn't stop him asking when we are going out.... but he was saying at 5pm, I am tired, and he looked tired... and asked for his PJs... unlike him! I got to give her my contact details, so she can come and have a look, fingers crossed she takes them!

Went for a walk on Saturday with my Uncle from Bulgaria

Lots of green & white "ribbons" blowing in the wind, some of them like "scarves" - very long and "very expensive".

Collected 20 of them altogether - not checked out their quality yet - been a bit busy today ...................

........ ... having another walk with my Uncle :rotfl:

Wasn't that WIND so enjoyable today ... very fruitful and really really rewarding :j :j

Went to "the park" on my bike and where I usually put it, in a corner by some steps, was literally littered with the "green & white" stuff

Got half a dozen before I'd even locked the bike up :rotfl: .....

... and whilst standing there for a couple of minutes another 3 arrived at my feet :j :j

Nipped into "the shop" and got a newspaper and some milk, came out and there was another 4 - 2 of them caught under the tyres of my bike :rotfl:

THEN it was time to perambulate in a "nephew-like fashion"

WHAT A HAUL :rotfl: :j

Made yesterday look like I hadn't been trying :eek:

Another 3 around the bike when I got back :cool:

and I was just about to leave when I thought I should check the other side of the steps .....

a dead end gap between the steps and a wall - only about 2 feet wide and 6 feet long ...

:j :j :j YEP !!!! - another handful - maybe 10 :eek: (I nearly didn't look)

I've not counted how many yet but it could be close to 3 figures I think

It's going to take me quite a while to get a "valuation" on this lot :rotfl:

I always used to give my daughter hot lemonade and a dose of calpol when she had a cold when she was little. (and plenty of cuddles)
