Good morning AH and everyone else.

What a miserable morning though, its sleeting a bit here and quite cold.

Anyway I have now recovered from the rugby scrum at tesco yesterday.

Had a till spit that needed to be used by today so went shopping and boy oh boy did I get some bargains. :j:j:j

All ladies boots and some shoes were .50p, they had 4 huge crates of them and it was a free for all, everyone was just diving in and grabbing. Childrens shoes were £1. Mens slippers £1. I got my DH slippers and me some boots, shoes, pumps.

There was about 10 rails of clothing, mens, ladies and lots and lots of childrens wear, everything £1 so got a few items off these rails too, you could hardly move it was quite frustrating at not being able to get nearer. People were filling their trolleys as high as they could.

Don't know how long the mad sale will last but if you have some spare time today then check it out.

Also check out the freezers, Aunt Bessies syrup sponge or spotted !!!!!! was .50p so free with the coupon. Lots of other reduced frozen stuff dotted about the freezers. They had tesco own apple crumble 500gram size for .62p and a large chocolate melt in the middle pudding for I think .85p.

Hope everyone has a good day

Morning all. Miserable day here too. Off to Mr T later. Spoke to dad yesterday and he said he had a receipt thing from Tesco and it said £4 off £30 did I want it? It didn't appear to be a MOC. Did I want it - what a question? It was a till spit but has expiry of today though so off to use it up. Dad said there is no way he would spend £30 in one go, but I will add his shopping to some of mine, and will spend £30 no problem!

Hope the move goes well adoreholidays - hope it isn't too wet for you.

Just input my sons wombles from asda and got a great result.:rotfl::rotfl:

He found 9 receipts, 1 was worthless, but the other 8 gave me a grand total of £23.75, one receipt was worth £11.74 so we are all happy bunnies today.:rotfl::rotfl:

shopndrop, I like the name snowdrop too, lovely spring name.:rotfl:Don't forget to check out the offers in tesco, boots priced £35 are now .50p. I got some yesterday.

Anyone else , apart from me still got 'processing' on Red Letter Day....

Saw a good friend of mine who only posted really good tips, especially Health/Food ones as she owns a Health food shop and she told me she cannot access Rewards as of this morning.....when she clicks on the Rewards tab it takes her straight to all the posts....anyone know why this would happen?Does it mean she has been blocked?
This has happened to me a few times, think its just a glitch as another time i tried it I was able to click on the rewards and print off coupons.

Thanks for the heads up CW - was going to have a stay at home and no spend day but I'm very tempted to head to Mr T's!

Weather cold and miserable here too!

Well done with the wombles. Managed to pick up 2 myself this morning so will see what they bring. Knowing my luck, probably nothing.:(

Thanks for the reminder - had a look at the clothes sale but a load of rubbish left. Just 2 rails, but certainly not stuff you would want to take out of the store. Never mind, I will go and look at lunchtime tomorrow as large Tesco is round the corner from work :j

Friend of mine has received lots conditional spends from T's in the post, varying amounts from £5 off £40 up to £9 off £60 valid each week until the end of May....anyone else get any ? She does shop there quite regularly but usually her shops are under £50....
