Hi Aesop, package sent this afternoon, so you should get it by the end of the week.

Went into Mr T today, thought it couldn't get any worse in there. How wrong can you be, no milk.ok I can get the semi anywhere but my DD has to have lactofree. there was none on Sat, along with very little or no veg and fruit. This a superstore! Unfortunaetly the other supermarkets are all a £3.80 bus ride away.

Morning Blue, yes you are right. There were some going on freecycle but they got offered to someone else.

These have blackout behind them, fully lined and keep the heat in, and most importantly, are not longer than my window so DO NOT cover the radiator. I am rubbish at sewing and cannot shorten these, the lady down the road wants to charge £35 to shorten them, for that I can get a brand new pair!

I have put wanted ads on freecycle, netmums, my freecycle ad got removed, dislike our mod intensely, she is a horror. and no one had any on netmums. Plus I have to make sure they go with decor....

    gah....

My friend has actually bought some curtains from the same place which sound very similar (blackout etc) she was looking for ages for some and seemed to think these were prob the best deal.

Well, checked my other APG today, £1.70 on one and nada on the other 6, must say it was a bit of a dissapointment as I'd had high hopes for some of the receipts...oh well, can't complain, better than a kick you know where ;)

it's amazing how many link like my neighbours, neighbours, mums, sisters daughter. they have added each other. is it just me or is it because they all like getting !!!!*d in the pub together?.

oh and everything has gone up in price in the shops. my litttle cheap choc wafer biscuits that where 40p everywhere, have now had the packet tarted up and are not 75p a packet!, and pink salmon is now £2.19!!!. god help if you had a budget, you'd not be able to afford even the basic items, as thats all i ever buy, :o)

    Thanks Clyndu :A

Kerri, I really like the sound of these, blackout, warm, fully lined, just the price with discount is putting me off, there are no discount codes.

We have a problem with the windows and you can feel the cold when you walk into the room. If DH ever gets around to doing something.... after 3 years I might as well wait another 3, I thought these might help block the cold and keep the room warm.
