DH probably needs to open up the printer and will find a tiny piece jammed somewhere, that is what I end up doing.

The email probably has a unique link to a survey just for you, and they have coded it, so you cannot copy the url and paste somewhere else.

Thanks Aesop that explains it thought it might be something I was doing wrong:A got all excitied as don't normally find anything first never mind

I might as well delete the post as no good to anyone

DH spent ages looking at printer although wasn't in the best of moods when came home from work uesterday he said the printer inks not going back how they should but no paper stuck

Doc just signed up to that nielson thing so much for no ? don't know about anyone else but seemed to answer the same ? twice

Thank you ladies for your birthday wishes. Not doing anything special tonight, its mine and OH 8th wedding anniversary on valentines day and we have a meal booked for then so my birthday being so close we always tend to double-celebrate. Besides, OH has "man flu" and as I type is doing the "dying swan" on the sofa! Am feeling the effects of chocolate o.d now that the day has worn on and am beginning to regret it (those darn lily o'briens are tasty little suckers!, lol), OMG where did my diet resolve go?
