Doc, not even received my magazine yet!

getting frustrated now tried to follow your instructions Doc saved as PDF but now got lots bits of paper with parts of voucher DS trying to help think me actually wasting more ink as still not got a usable coupon. When I click on the pdf to print get a very large complicated box coming up which doesn't seem to fit your instructions is it because of different printers set it at landscape

No, all printer setting are the same. have you change the paper size? Don't know which bits your are saving, we have the 2 vouchers ( 1 UK & 1 EU) showing on the screen.

oh dear DH not going to be happy with me got paper jam managed to pull it out but now saying carrier jam decided to give up and just print as was with the EU but now can't will have to wait till he gets home to sort printer better hide the evidence he will have a fit

What printer have you got?

I shall assume that you have epson.

1) Check the paper feeder
2) switch off your printer
3) open the printer cover remove any paper on or near the ink catridges.
4) turn on your printer & it should be as good as new.

Sorry AH, but I did said watch your paper!

can anyone see the mccains coupon from here http://www.mccain.co.uk/mccain-products/ I go to print coupon and there isn't one in the coupon gallery. I just bought some of these at £1 and like them so wanted more:(
