Aesop, looks like they are going to send it to me & take me money out soon.

Many thanks for your email regarding your John Lewis vouchers.

I have checked with our Marketing Department and they confirm your vouchers will be sent out by the end of the week, along with your magazines. Please accept my apologies for this delay.

Don't know if just a coincidence or not but after I signed up to Netflix yesterday someone used my credit card twice to purchase a flight and hotel for America. My credit card company rang me this morning as thought it seemed suspicious

:eek::eek::eek::eek: are they refunding you ok?

Lilly hope you get the heating back on quick:eek:

Bluw which travelodge you booking for Alton Towers we think the Uttoxeter one best as better location but harder to get the really good rates but is possible so fingers crossed for you. We got Newquay booked for over Easter think 5 nights at £60 haven't stayed here before. When DH saw this advertised again said about seaside places trouble we can't drive so need locations near train station and seaside. We also stayed at Covent Garden last summer for 3 nights very pleased with location so for anyone wanting a trip into London.

Do you get AP for Alton towers Blue

I promise not to go shopping at my shareholder store on Friday:o

Had my 1st ever stressed shop ever! All was scanned perfectly until the Loreal coupons x8:D. My cashier does not know whether they still accept internet coupons:eek::eek:.

    Buzz.....

"Along came Polly" (the supervisor), errmmm did the customer buy the products?

    Cashier : Yes

Polly (me shall call her that) : Hand on a minute - how come you managed to get so many? And why are they all different names? which one is yours? ( I BLAME YOU GUYS!):D

Me : Well, those 2 are mine and the rest are my colleagues;)

Polly : Oh, I have to check with the Manager

    Me: :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Polly : I can't find the Manager, we will have to hold the transaction & lets go to the customer service desk.

Me: :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: oh Ok.... off we hopped.

Polly : err this customer bought all the stuff but I am not sure what to do with all these different names.

CS : Lets have a look (Me :eek::eek::eek:), hmm I thought you are only allowed 1.

Me : Nope, you are allowed to print 2:o.

Polly : turned round there goes the Manager - ehhh. Mr. Manager this COW bought the stuff for herself & her invisible friends. Can she use the coupons?

Manager : Look @ me (:eek::eek::eek:) with his unfriendly face:rotfl:, yes as long as its the correct products.

Polly : yes they are correct.

Manager : there you go then.

Polly : CS - can you recover the transaction please.

    CS :- Okay,

So, along CS scan, scan, scan, me vouchers, that will be 0.61p please for £40 spend.

I was so flusted & I was dying to get out of me shop:rotfl: paid & off me went.

Drove halfway - hand on a minute! where's me receipt!

Doh!!!!!!!!!! CS did not give me my receipt - u-turn & when to get me receipt - looks like somebody is keeping me original receipt - cos' when I went in to tell the CS that their colleague forgot to give me my receipt - the copy receipt was still on the desk & she gave me the copy reciept instead.

And the original receipt was no where to be seen:eek: (was curious so me call them, asked them why my receipt states copy receipt - she explained that b'cos the transaction was on hold & they recovered the transaction @ CS desk instead) phew!!!
