  • I think I may have done something v stupid re: TPC vouchers (never actually used them before)... I binned my receipts, only to have some vouchers emailed to me today, and bin man has just taken the rubbish.

Do you reckon they'll still let me use the vouchers without accompanying receipts? :(

Never mind if not. Guess I'll learn the hard way!

ohhhh big mistake there. The answer is no I am afraid. But saying that, if you have a regular cashier that knows you well - and they know you using JTD they might let you have it. And if you get a trout! there will be no hope for you.

Aesop Sis, did you get the same email confirmation like mine? I think you can only email them by forwarding their email back to them asking them WHERE IS MY JL £15:D

1st Email with our reference no etc:-
You now have access to everything you'll need to choose the right product or services for you.
Your first magazine from Which? is on it's way - packed full of our Best Buy recommendations as well as the £15 John Lewis voucher. The regular payment of £9.75 will be taken

    2nd Email :
Many thanks for your email regarding your John Lewis vouchers.

I have checked with our Marketing Department and they confirm your vouchers will be sent out by the end of the week, along with your magazines. Please accept my apologies for this delay.

Glad to help and if you need me again just email.

I've not had mine either, did you contact Which using a 'contact us'? Or did you use a different emai?

    Thanks

Nope, I just forwarded them the 1st email & ask them where's me mag & JL.

I got the confirmation on 21/1, I heard nothing so I email them on 31/1 & they replied back on 1/2.

If you didn't get the confirmation email like my 1st email - then you don't have a leg to stand on.

Also - check your spam box - their initial email to me was in the spam box.

It was a bit of a mare to put together took 2 of us abt 45 mins as there is no writing on the instructions just stupid little pictures and some of the parts are vey similar identifying which runners were which alone took us ten mins LOL. Had to laugh tho on instructions it says due to the size of item you must construct in the room which you want to use it in! You must be kidding it is tiny and easily wheeled thru my door ways. Jut a pity it is too small for the tower to fit on it has to stand to the side but still for three quid you can't go too wrong.

    Hi guys

its freezing today, and not helping my cold/cough go. Weather forecast for weekend says it'll get more cold than this, so I shall do a shop tomorrow and prepare to hibernate over the weekend I think.
