Today I went in to exchange my faulty Oral B electric toothbrush that I bought in Oct 11. It does not charged properly. Luckily I had a hardcopy letter from the HQ stating what I bought because during the DTD time the stupid cashier insisted on keeping my receipt!:mad: So me make a complaint & insisted that the HQ write me a letter & list down 2 electrical items that I bought for the 1 year guarantee purposes.

They had no choice but to exchange my toothbrush;). The customer service was not sure what to do with my letter. So called the duty manager & he read the letter & said OK:D

And me got me brand new toothbrush . The store is very quiet not like it used to be when T accepted competitors mocs. Thats a real shame cos me like to shop at me store:D:D
