    Hi MT,

I actually managed to initially print 1 Vanish Coupon but since then when I tick a box and click print coupons it takes me to the blank page!

I have emailed them to see what the problem is - will let you know in case anyone else is having issues!

Has anyone else had this issue or has anyone managed to use them today? I'm going late tonight or tomorrow to get my friend some and don't want a big argument with them!

Can they refuse them if still in date?

I think that a lot more people used these coupons than the company ever expected, and companies are not unknown to claim that a coupon isn't legitimate in a panic when they realise they are out of their depth in regards to the number of people using them. Some companies in the US have even claimed coupons they issued were counterfeit when they were not, because of stuff like this, since most of these companies are international I wouldn't be surprised if this sometimes happens in the UK also. It may well be that unilever have told tesco this is a 'dodgy coupon' and that they won't redeem it any more. Even though originally they themselves gave permission for online sites to host that coupon. I have had no problems using that particular coupon and I have printed it in black and white, colour and sometimes the whole thing and sometimes just the individual coupons, all with absolutely no problem. You can always take them and if you see a copy of it stuck to the till with a warning on, then don't use xx

I've used them without problem also - I have some 20+ bottles of it now but I want to help my friend out as she's a struggling single Mum but I won't bother if it's going to cause problems - time will tell - I'll update tomorrow!
  • Have registered on the Britain's Greatest page and tried to get to the coupons but they're all shaded out and it won't let me click on the "Done" button either. Any ideas?

Try a different browser or keep refreshing at the top. Also try clearing out your cache. I had the same issue when trying to print the dettol no touch system coupons today but eventually it sorted itself. I think that much more people have been using the site today that it is causing some problems. xx
