I cant print off anything either, i have printed other coupons from facebook before. When clicking on claim here nothing happens any ideas???

mine are fine, have you got coupon printer installed? try printing through IE.

I had problems until my son helped me.

He clicked on my name which takes you to your profile and to the right of your name on the profile page it says Update Info.

I had not ticked the box to say male or female and that was why I couldnt access certain parts of mission control so you could see if there is something you havent ticked there.

I also then logged out, cleared my cache and then logged back in and was able to print.

Have spent a really frustrating afternoon exploring this forum, getting excited but not being able to print off any vouchers, inspite of following the advice on early posts. Don't know what I'm doing wrong but am on the verge of giving up after endless attempts. Feeling really disheartened now - why am I so rubbish?

Your not rubbish, and your not the only one either having no joy at all trying to print off coupons.:(

Hi Its not really the printing thats the problem, i clicked on claim here and nothing appears and im not sure where to go from here. thanks for the help though x

tells me to instsll coupon printer i have over and over again
then it says being sent to printer but nothing works
