a few people have posted they have had difficulty opening saved pdfs. Not sure why, but have you checked, it still says .pdf? maybe if this is corrupted, it stops you opening it.
otherwise, right click on it and open with, and look for adobe reader. that should help.0 -

I have printed in black before and used with no problems as long as the information is readable I suppose its that what matters especially the barcode.
Whose to say that you haven't got a black only laser printer?

Hi there, I know lots on here use them in black and white and don't have problems. The one and only time I tried printing to a black and white printer, tried using one coupon and was refused as they told me it was a photocopy. I told them it wasn't and that it was just printed to a black and white printer, but they wouldn't accept it. I suppose it all depends who you get on the day but I always use colour since that time.0

Morning, not used a coupon so far in 2012.............may need re-training soon. lol
I'll think I'll pick up a few Comforts from ASDA, don't need them, but they're cheap.
See if Friday brings some free Cravendale coupons, I would love that.

I rang and complained as was expecting a £6 ish APG back from comparing against Ms - they apologised and are sending me a £10 giftcard. Ring them and quote APG t & cs which say they will collect M prices twice a week, so how can they be 7 days old if A is "honouring" its side of the deal?
This works if you know you were expecting something back - not quite so easy if it is a wombled receipt.
Whether the gift card will turn up is another matter .....
In my Boots store there are loads of No7 items reduced to clear and below a fiver and Boots is offering a £5 No7 voucher if you spend £5 on anything instore. I bought a Dettol No Touch with the coupon, and the till registers the original price for the No7 spend, so got a voucher even though I only spent £2.24. Got a moisturiser for free.0
