Ooh, will try that although I feel like giving it more than a gentle shake -lol It's an HP one and when it works it's great but then it has lots of hissy fits like today. Must have pulled out over 10 sheets of paper today:mad:

hi had hastle again in morrisons with vouchers today after being refused saccla ones in the past we had emailed ho for their policy and was told if you buy it you can use the voucher but today we were again refused vouchers they got the manager who said he had never heard of safe coupons and had had a letter telling them not to take any vouchers. i said about the email he would not listern and said they had never took them even though we used them last week am going to email ho again now...
