  • Speak to Santander?? They'll prob conact you any day now anyway to advise you of what offers are on.
It doesn't mean you wou;dn't find something better with another lender, obviously.
I'm with HSBC and have been looking around for when my rate changes in Feb so I already have some ideas of what's available before I speak to them about my options. I'm personally going to go for a tracker but a lot of it is down to personal choice and what your circumstances dictate is best for you.
    Best of luck choosing!

what rate are you currently paying?

Is it Interest only and is the endowment predicted to pay out at least £40K? Are you working i.e. there will be no problems with income for remortgaging?

you can have a look at the comparison sites for indications of typical rates, if I were you and assuming it will be paid out in 3 years, then I would probably avoid mortgages with large set up fees.
