Thanks..... very interesting post :D. I try to keep a record of how many Im entering but nothing as detailed as this.

Can I ask if the 54,000 includes daily comps or just "regular" comps?

Also, do you count entries with multiple prizes/comps (eg real people magazine comps etc) as one comp or do you count each prize as a seperate comp?

I count each competition - so each daily is a comp, and if I enter any likes real people etc.. then I count each seperate prize draw i'm entering as a comp - so sometimes it can be 15+ from an issue of real people, thats life, chat etc..
Not really comping any more as too ill - but hoping to win £1000+ in 2017 in cash prizes - watch this space!
  • Congratulations on a great year.I suppose £27,500 winnings in a year means it is possible to be a full time stay at home comper.Mind you i've entered about 1/3 that number of comps and won about 1/27 the amount.

Have all the comps been free to enter or have you kept a record of stamps, texts, phonecalls etc?

What you didn't know is Treacle is a full time comper hun, she is paid to find and share comps so I imagine it is in fact a full time hours searching and entering. How brilliant!

Would love to enter more but can only find an hour here and there during the day. Hope 2012 is as lucky for you and everyone else :)

I enter 200-300 comps a day and the most ive won in a month is 45 which is amazing and 331 wins in the year.
My total for the year winnings added up are £10,828 which is brilliant and have shared my wins with family so everyone is happy lol.
I love comping and have met a lot of really nice people and a friend that i met on fb came a stopped for 12 days with me in the summer with her family and we had a brilliant time and they are coming back again this year.

I AM A FULL TIME COMPER - well kind of.
I get paid to run compclub - just enough to cover my bills really.

Thats why I keep such an accurate spreadsheet

I personally only enter free competitions - I don't do phone, text or postal entry competitions.
