  • what about about making them up a hamper of all the things they like food wine etc... you could put silver things in it too.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ~ WOO HOO what a ride!

What about 25 little presents - or big ones if you like - wrap them in silver?? and put in a basket a bit like doraexplorer suggests. My friend did this for a relation and they were really chuffed - she put in some little things like gardening gloves as well as a cd etc etc...
  • I got my parents an silver engraved mantle clock for the mantlepiece above the fireplace and they love it. Was 5 yrs ago so can't quite remember the price!! This year I have got the two engraved champagne flutes with a nice bottle of bubbly for £15 from Ebay. (Moneysaver now!!!)
Made it - 15 years married!! Finally!! xx:beer:
