    Am in a majorly foul mood (don't know why...have just come back from the gym and should be full of positive energy etc) and am REALLY feeling the urge to splurge.

    (I won't. I will have a hot shower and a big glass of tia maria and sulk for an hour then I will grow up and be myself again.)

    grrr was going to be a no spend day - but then bought bread, milk & crackers (kind of planned) and a twix(not planned but needed). Had a terrible drs appointment and had to buy a prescription when all I wanted was a referral to a chiropractor or physiotherapy, although when I asked for that I got a
    'Haven't you got the means to get that yourself?' GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRr
    I said no, I have no money. Was met with blank look. Walked (well, hobbled due to agony of bad back) to car and cried.

    Anyhoo, somerfield spend£2.17 and chemist £6.95 (grrrrrr) spend.

    NSD for me today but OH been to Tesco's and bought petrol also so will have to get receipts and add to spending diary.

    Hopefully rest of week wont be too bad until the weekend when we have a family day out on Saturday. Normally swimming so not too expensive.
