I have contacted the Environmental Health re: Rat Infestation in my house and adjoining houses (in block of 4 terraced houses).
They are coming out to investigate, but also recommended Northern Group Pest Control, who will obviously charge for this.
Has anyone heard of or used them before. I can't find a website.
Next door neighbour was quoted £250 by Rentokil for his house !!

Don't know why Environmental Health are recommending another company to you. They should take care of the problem for free; it's part of their remit.
