Normally it's possible to locate a new build account with either the plot address, meter number (both of which you've already given) or mpan/supply number. Also since you say they've managed to locate your neighbours account, it should be a lot easier to locate yours as they would be under the same development.

Agreed.

I've used there systems and if you can get a neighbours account up then they can get all the plots from the same devolpment up as well - Sounds like the person your speaking to doesn't know what there doing.

May be a registration error so your account is stuck in a holding stage - But the person you were speaking to should have been able to confirm that for you.

I would call back and speak to someone else - See if they can bring it up - Or ask for the call to be put over to a supervisor and let them look for it instead.
