Sorry for any problems but as MimiJane mentioned i have had problems if their mail box is full the other end. I usually wait for monday lunchtime and then try again with no problems but as Monday is a bank holiday, may be working until they've emptied their box. Otherwise the only other thing is maybe try to type in the address rather than click or copy and paste as I find this sometimes works. Sorry I can't help more :(

Still no luck with sending this email after trying again this morning. Also having this problem with the other (£100) comp. and getting this "undeliverable" message for both :-

5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'Sender Authorization check failed - psmtp'

I find it strange that some people seem to be getting their emails through and others' are undeliverable.

It's probably an idea to check the email addy/get an alternative one. No idea how to do this, but I'll google and try and find out how to reach buzz mag.
    Wins since 2009 = £17,600

    MANY THANKS TO ALL OPS

You could always ask them the question on facebook www.facebook.com/TheSunBuzz or there may be alternative details there but the email address is the one quoted in the magazine on a Saturday
  • No bounce when sent from my Gmail account.

This error is caused by a setting in their server email software being wrongly set. It will never accept your email domain if it's set not to. Nothing to do with boxes being full,in fact I'd say theirs must be quite empty judging by the numbers of people refused....so,if you find one that works you surely have a better chance to win lol
