Changing names on Mortgage

I have a joint mortgage with my wife and we are getting divorced. The house has equity in it but I want to let her have the whole amount but she will need her new partner on the mortgage instead of me to keep it going. Many years ago I was in a smilar position with her first husband and all he did was send a consent form and I took over the mortgage with my wife.Is it still that easy to do if the mortgage company agrees as he is a higher earner than myself too.

It would be a good idea for you, your wife and her new partner to make an appointment with your lender to see what could be arranged?0
