Hi Folks, It is Mum's 80th next month so looking for a nice restaurant!
Preferably not too much walking or stairs, traditional type menu....Steak, chicken, fish but not Chinese or Indian.
She really liked Rockmount Golf Club but has been disappointed on the last couple of visits.

Any suggestions folks?

TIA

Oh and licensed too ;)

I have had a look through recent threads but to no avail.

Daft Eddies? A little bit out, but a great location if you get a halfway good day.
  • The Allotment in Upper Queen Street Belfast city centre is great for a party, food is yummy and its also BYO so might save you a bit. They will allow you to book the whole place very reasonably and you can park outside and no stairs

    Hi Dave,

I can definitely recommend the Brasserie in Malmaison. We eat there quite a lot and have always really enjoyed the food. It meets all of your requirements and has recently been refurbished.

I'm not sure if it would be any use to you but they have an offer beginning on 4th January which will give 50% off all food. To get the offer you need to register with ClubMal (they send the odd email but not an ovewhelming amount).

If you scroll down on that link you'll find the terms and conditions of the January offer, I don't know whether they would suit your party....basically available Mon - Fri, applies to tables of 8 or less, must be seated by 7.30pm.
