My 2 oak bedside cabinets delivered this morning. Very pleased for price paid. Now to sort out spare bedroom they are going in. They are definitely 2 drawer in case anyone was wondering, just like the picture on the website.

I ordered 2 oak bedside cabinets. Got the email and text yesterday to go and collect from local click and collect service. Went there and denied any knowledge of them being delivered.

Rang click and collect and very nice man said he would ring them this morning. True to his word he rang and said they are there.
Off i go again to the local collection point. Im told this time that only one is there. They have no idea where the other one is.
So off home i go with one cabinet.

I check online and the order status says i have collected both.
So not very happy by this point i ring littlewoods and they say i have collected only one on their system and i need to ring Yodel for the other one to be delivered.

I say excuse me i have arranged click and collect? Why do i need to ring Yodel? I am then told that i, even if i have arranged click and collect and have no idea that the package wasnt received at the local click and collect, I the customer have to ring Yodel and arrange delivery again to the local click and collect point!!!

She then advised me that i could have Yodels number! I refused the number that is chargeable to me to rearrange a parcel, that i didnt know hadnt been received at a local click and collect point that is supposed to cut out all this rubbish!

I informed her that i use click and collect to avoid using Yodel or Home Delivery Network to avoid this kind of stress!

Apparantly she is now emailing them to rearrange delivery to the click and collect point.

I will check in a few days on the progress. I wont be unpacking the one cabinet i've got, in case the other one dosen't turn up and with Yodel that is highly likely!

When mine were delivered, the driver brought one in and asked me to sign for delivery and I had to ask where the other item was, as I had ordered two. He went back to his van and eventually found it. Why they cant label them as 1of 2 and load the van accordingly to make it easier I don't know.
