Its not Noddy and i dont think its Chris Evans so my choice was Reece Shearsmith !! who ever that is

I think it might be Chris Evans, the first part of the voice does sound quite like him?

I found this article, it mentions Chris Evans, it also mentions the other two, but it says:

...dogs named Sid and Johnny, voiced by League of Gentleman stars Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton.

So I think one of the main two will be Reece Shearsmith so Phil will be Chris Evans as Noddy Holder was last weeks?
