Gosh its a while back but cost about £29 upgrade if I remember correctly. It will depend on your prescription. I was pleased with the quality of the glasses. But they were doing a promotion through facebook at the time.
I just had a look on their website and the lens packages seem more expensive than they used to be.
Also keep in mind every time they do a promotion the delivery can take much longer. Mines took 5 weeks!
