New Vista Payment Wait

Hi All,

I tried to search the forum but to no avail!

Does anyone have any experience with new vista?

I passed over the £50 threshold at the start of December, but the status still just says 'payment due'

No reply from customer service as yet, just wondering if anybody had any experience with the wait for payment (its my 1st one)

    From the info on their website, if your balance was just under £50.00 at the end of November but at the beginning of December it's over £50.00 the payment will be processed at the end of December and sent to you within 2 weeks. Hope that helps :)
