Popped into The Works in town today they have a fantastic sale on.10m rolls of xmas wrapping paper 49p bogof,packs of 10 quality xmas cards 49p bogof.Selling books for 50p,i bought the Make Do and Mend book and a couple of others for 50p each.Also great bargains for cardmakers,they have packs of 10 cards and envelopes all shapes, sizes and colours at 2 packs for £1.00.Loads of other sale items too many to mention.

Want to give a heads up to all bargain hunters.The Works have this book for 50p the rrp was £9.99.Its about keeping family and home afloat on war rations.Has lots of hints and tips to help save money.Is a brilliant addition to every home in these challenging times.0

Sounds like it's worth flicking through at least...I'm sure that many of the suggestions will already have been covered on the OS boards.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!
