Generally ivory matched people of East Asian origin but tbh it's a very soft, blendable powder so you can get away with a non-exact match. If it doesn't match you just take it back to a Benefit counter (in a John Lewis or Boots or possibly Debenhams - House of Fraser's returns policy is much less lenient), say you were sold the product as part of an appointment but you found in daylight it isn't right for you at all.

There was only 2 colours available when I looked earlier but have just checked and I Love Me is available, I use this powder and have an olive complexion however this is an ivory powder but find it blends fine and leaves a nice finish.

Wish id seen this when more shades were in stock. I buy the shell every couple of months, im tempted to try ivory but I dont like the sound of the 'yellow' tint? Is it worth the risk!
