How to lodge a complaint with administrators

How does one lodge a complaint with the company handling administration procedures? The company that handled the process we have just gone through briefed the front-line team completely inapproriately, advising them to tell the general public that we were unable to take payments because "our systems were down" rather than the truth. This has led the entire front-line team and myself to be subject to a great deal of abuse and threats from angry public. Despite concerns raised by me and others, nothing was done to re-view the advice or to help in any way. The main drive from the administrators was to try and build some fictional "pipeline" of business to show any potential buyers. There was no regard given to the nature of the business, the impact that the advice would have on tht business or the fact that the front-line team would be the only ones managing all calls.

I feel strongly that this is an appalling way to deal with staff already in a shoddy situation and want to make my feelings known. However, there is no obvious person or address to send the letter or email to. Is there a watchdog body for these companys?

If you are bloody minded, you could write a letter to the administrators, stating the lie you have been told to give and ask them to revise the advice, as any future buyer may feel misled if they discover what has been going on? Or let them know you might post something on here.. If assassination was legal, you would be assassinated for it though.

  • You are now seeing the other side of the coin, the company will be doing all they can to earn them money. Any complaint you have, put it in writing and make sure you register the delivery of it. You can only do what you think is the right thing. Its their lies not yours, so record it. The chances are nothing will happen about it but you will know, you done the right thing. Good luck
