Asda mega bargains (merged)

Yesterday I noticed that the Ovaltine was priced at 48p whilst the other versions such as choc were £1.83 but they were both in the large jar. I thought this was a bargain anyway also Ambrosia rice pudding tins were 19p;)

Asda Llansamlet were selling motorola mobile phones for £9.00 yesterday - I didn't see them on the shelves but everyone around me was repeating 'nine pounds, I can't believe it' to each other. I asked the sales assistant what bargain I was missing, and she pointed to the next till where someone was buying one and said that the phones had been flying through the tills all day (none left when I went back to look). I don't know what model they were but they looked really nice, quite a quite modern design. I haven't checked whether the offer is also online.

Just checked online - nothing remotely similar there, either in cost or design, but the ones instore at Asda yesterday were definitely just £9.

Chocolate Ovaltine now scans at 24p at my local, although sel states 48p!

Just been to my local ASDA and they are selling boxes of Pampers Active Fit nappies reduced from £10 to £4!!

They are limiting it to 6 boxes per customer
