    YoY improved from -3.2% to -1.9%. Slowly catching up with Nationwide.

    I bet the crashers are destroyed.
    Their whole New Year celebrations ruined. What a shame. Home owners not only keeping their houses and paying low interest rates.

    Our houses are making money :j

    Now JD the HPC guru has been humiliated over his 2011 crash predition.
    Is this finally the end of the argument?

    there has already been a crash of around 20% in most towns and cities since the peak!

    Little bird tells me some of us have a hankering for YOY figures.

    Lordy. Theres quite a lot of the country stagnating at between -4 and -10%.

    Or in real terms between -9 and -15%.
