Any one had problems returning next directory returns via post office?

Sorry if this is in wrong forum, couldn't really see where this would be best so mods please move if needed

Have used next directory for years and always returned items via post office with the next return label, over the last few months our post office have refused to accept the parcel saying the return label is incorrect and won't be accepted by their systems.... Apparently it needs a R or similar on it, I have seen the returns label post office mean when I have used other returns, I have called next but they say labels should be ok and can't see an issue, post office still insist that they can't accept the parcel. There isn't another post office locally to try so I end up taking back to store. Has anyone else had this issue?

Also when can I return items back to store from the online sale?

You can return back in store at any time. I have already returned some items from my first parcel back to store yesterday.
