1. The request for a sample is open to all UK residents, with the exception of L’Or!al (UK)
Limited (“the Promoter”) employees their immediate families or friends, or anyone connected
with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Only one entry per person, while stock lasts.
4. Promotion closes on 14/12/11. The Promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend
the period for accepting entries to the request a sample. Each entrant should enter
registration details in the allocated text box space to receive a free sample.
5. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.
6. Entries will only be accepted online in the manner set out on the website. Incomplete, illegal,
misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.
7. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the promotion.
8. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted
for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
9. The sample will be sent by post within 14 days of requesting the sample.
10. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to or waive any of these
terms and conditions, or to cancel the sampling campaign at any stage, in the event of
circumstance arising beyond its reasonable control.
11. By entering this sample request, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted
these terms and conditions.

13. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any
