AFD today plz Shaggy & 1 for the SNC plz bearacus

I'm beginning to think there's a trend with my drinking over the weekend & then being in a foul mood first part of the week.
I'm going to try & keep a diary to see if this is a regular occurance - as this is concerning me!

I know it's a bit late but well done on the AFD weekend Shaggy :)

I'm off to read a few more diaries now

    Take care all :)

Hi everyone - I finished April with 22 afd's and got off to a good start with 1 please for May Shaggy.

I'd actually planned to have a drink yesterday - it was a special occassion chez Anna - and bought a bottle of very posh wine that we've enjoyed before. One sip and I couldn't face it so I gave it away. What have you guys done to me :rotfl:
AND I got on the scales this morning - 10lbs lost since Christmas and the only difference is stopping the daily wine :j.
