  • Having a good productive day today. Did a couple of ebay listings, did a bit of housework, did a few surveys and tackled a couple of of my debtors. Gonna have myself a hot bath now to warm myself up. Hope i'm not catching anything else!

On the "money making" front, i've been asked if i want to help my mam with one of her cleaning jobs for a couple of weeks. So i will be doing 4 hours this week and 4 hours next week, giving me an extra £40 a week. :D Obviously won't add it till i've done it and being paid but i'm TOTALLY skint so it will be VERY handy! I've had a couple of unexpected trips to pay for for the 3 kids which has not left me short, but has left me with just £1.47p to live on till Saturday. Oh dear.....

Has anyone used these recycling for old clothes where you get paid. Think one near me is called wepaycycle. Just wondering if they are ok and good way to get some money in.

Oh and £20 compensation from my bank which isn't refunding anything so I'll include that too!

Back from weekly shop and saved £14.79 so far this week. Before Christmas any money saved went towards cost of Christmas but now it is going into savings.

  • nothing to physically add yet, but I've just claimed another Mail reward - £5 Tes. Will put the £5 in my pot when voucher arrives. Best thing is I take the little cards out of the staff papers at work so I don't even buy the papers in the first place!

MMagpie collected CD's this morning and have some watchers (but no bids yet) on some e-bay stuff.

Got my envelopes from recycling factory but they sent me clubcard ones instead of personalised so I've ordered some more (they are the same ones that you pick up in the stores otherwise).

I hope that all this pipeline stuff arrives for me to put into my January total otherwise I'm going to fail miserably this month!

  • Phew... Just got back from the school run. I overpaid lunch money last term so they have given me a £5 refund. Not adding this as this is gonna have to go on bread/milk. Still tho, i now have £6.47 to live on till Saturday which sounds a little better than £1.47 :)
