You should try ebay too, if you're after this sort of machine, i got a P3 866, 256megs, 20gigs, for £40. It's an HP office type PC too, and it's tiny, about the size of a large hardback book!

tried to purchaes one of these, but they rang the next day asking for copies of bills, credit cards, driving licence ETC

I was a bit suspisious and asked them to cancel the order.
Never ever have i been asked for that sort of information before for an online purchase.....and a £61 one at that.

With that amount on my personal information god knows what someone could do.

If anyone else got one did they have this porblem.

Don't worry they are safe and have good customer service.

I bought my Dell Axim PDA from them a couple of weeks ago without any problems. Just had to fax them proof of address. I used an Electricity Bill & Bank Statement, they even told me to delete everthing on my statements except my address.

So in the end the only info they got out the fax was my address which they would get anyway !

Go for it !!!
