    I hope not any time soon. I reckon I can put in a half decent deposit by the end of 2013. Need it nice and low (well, I say 'low' - they're still extortionate).

    I live in norther ireland - so decades?! Lots of friends trapped in negative equity. Not a good place to be.

    You need to make clear if you're talking about asking or selling prices. Asking prices haven't changed much at all really. Selling prices however, may have.

    There have been many discussions in here over the change in asking prices.

    I would assume the OP is talking about E&W LR averages.

    Of course individual local areas can be affected anywhere along the range of data.

    Some areas have surpassed 07 prices, some have fallen far worse than the average.
