Hi everyone
I have a mortgage with Accord (boo...hiss!) Since my fixed rate has ended I have been stung with high monthly mortgage Payments.
Here's the problem...my credit rating is shot to bits, my income is not as high as it use to be & I doubt anyone in their right mind would lend to me!
I know there are some good deals out there & wondering how or if I could get one? My parents said they could take over the mortgage but my father is retired & mum works part time & they are 71 & 68. This was just an idea that came to mind.
Has anyone got any suggestions? I really appreciate any help.

So,
1) What rate are you now on?
2) Amount outstanding/value of property?
3) What does 'shot to bits' mean - CCJ, defaults, missed payments?0
