It's a text file, use notepad to create it.

copy and paste the text above into it

save the file as anything.reg

double click on anything.reg

the extension on the filename needs to be reg not txt.

Ok then first can you post the log from Malwarebytes, and try running Hijackthis and post its log

Addendum, just in case...open Malwarebytes, goto logs tab, open it , select ctrl-a ctrl-c then start a new post here and select ctrl-v (or edit-select all,edit-copy, then new post then edit-paste) And do the same things with Hijackthis
