I'm currently making Clementine and Cointreau Marmalade for some of next years presents using the leftovers from the fruit bowl and some Cointreau that my Nan bought over. I'm going to add some edible glitter (leftover from the Christmas cake) to give it a bit of festive sparkle.

It's not seeming too difficult, and it smells fantastic. It should be finished this afternoon so I'll let you know how it turns out but here's the link to the recipe if you fancy trying it ....

I've never tried making chilli vodka but I made limoncello this year and I'll be doing some Turkish Delight vodka for next year as someone bought me a box of the stuff and I can't stand it

How do you make the Werthers vodka?

I might have to try that one. The Clementine marmalade tastes fantastic by the way. I had to keep licking the spoon and I don't even like marmalade :rotfl::rotfl:
